Arumi is a team of real estate professionals with a passion to make growing markets and beautiful destinations in Latin America accessible to investors and holiday seekers from across the world. The company invests in land banks, real estate projects, agricultural projects and manages hotel resorts. The team currently has properties in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, looking to expand further in the coming years.

Our development team selected Brazil and Colombia not only because of our local expertise but simply because the timing is right. Both destinations are an attractive choice for companies and investors that consider investing in Latin America, with a booming and growing tourism industry. Investment opportunities include, amongst others, a strong economy, clean energetic matrix and large domestic markets. In Colombia, tourism has increased a staggering 300% since 2006 and became a favorite destination for foreign tourists, from young backpackers looking for a South American adventure to businesspeople attending congresses and fairs in the main cities. Colombia is a solid, stable, economic success story. The country enjoys a solid industrial base, abundant energy, and strong economic growth. Brazil, as we know, is both a tropical paradise and an exciting cultural destination with attractions for all tastes, from idyllic beach holidays and jungle explorations to world-class art museums. Brazil in particular, as the world´s sixth largest economy also plays a leading role in Latin American economy and politics, standing out with increased attractiveness in the global scene.
